About me
My approach as a therapist
I’m an integrative counsellor trained in Person‑Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This allows me to work flexibly, adapting my approach to what you need in the moment.
Alongside my core training, I have completed further training in trauma, including a Diploma in Therapeutic Safety in Trauma, Trauma‑Focused ACT, an IFS-informed trauma programme, and EMDR (part 1).
I have additional training in working with depression and anxiety, and grief and loss.
These areas of learning support me in offering a trauma‑aware, mind‑body, relational space where your experiences can be understood and worked with safely.
